Do you record your daily appreciations – things, places, people which you are appreciative of and thankful for that day?
I must admit I have done this spasmodically over recent months but I have made a pact [with myself] that I will be doing this daily from now on.
So, today I am grateful for:
sleep, love, birthday, family, sunset, picnic, presents, Sam, Max and Meg, my children, ginger tea, peace and harmony
This only takes a few moments but I think it will help us all get into a positive frame of mind and be appreciative of things around us.
