Good Morning Goddesses and welcome to the start of another week. It’s quite warm here in Central England already 16 degrees celsius at 9am which, for October, is pretty good. Have been slightly unnerved though with the online newspaper reports of a severe winter and -20 degree temperatures, all ready to roll in during late October/November – better wrap up for Samhain!
I have a Goddess Network Circle this week, we’ll be working with energy healing and feeling how the positive energy can enhance your motivation.
Chakra balancing – do you have any recommendations for online videos/audio for this, would like to expand my resources and I like to work by recommendation rather than plucking a site out of the air. Personally, I use Doreen Virtue’s CD but just wondering what else is out there on offer.
Another topic that always goes down well at the Circle is affirmations. Here are a couple for you:

Remember, when you use affirmations to always phrase them in the positive and in the present, that’s most important so that the subconscious mind uses them straight away.
